a) When visiting the website
When you visit my website , thefeltvoice.de, the browser on your device automatically sends information to my website’s server. This information is temporarily stored in a log file. In particular, the following data is collected:
IP address
Date and time of access
Name and URL of the retrieved file
Website from which the access originates (referrer URL)
the browser you are using and, if applicable, your computer's operating system
I process the data provided for the following purposes:
Ensuring that the website loads smoothly
Ensuring a comfortable user experience on my website

If you contact me via the contact form, your name, email address, and message will be collected so that I can respond to your inquiry.

5. Embedded third-party services and content
My website may use third-party services that may transfer data (including to third countries):
Google Fonts (Squarespace Default, Font Display)
any embedded videos (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo)
if applicable, booking or scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly)
Social media links (e.g., Instagram)
This integration is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest in an appealing presentation).
6. Scheduling Appointments and Online Sessions
Appointments can be scheduled by email or phone.
For online meetings, I use Zoom, a video conferencing tool provided by Zoom Video Communications Inc. (USA).
This may involve the transfer of personal data to the United States. A data processing agreement has been entered into with Zoom.
7. Payment Processing
Payments are currently made via bank transfer (SEPA). Should PayPal or Stripe be used in the future, this will be done in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
8. Storage and Deletion
Personal data is stored only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the relevant purposes or as required by statutory retention periods.

10. Transfers to third countries
Since Squarespace (hosting) and Zoom (video conferencing) are U.S.-based providers, personal data is transferred to the United States.
There are standard contractual clauses under Article 46 of the GDPR designed to ensure an adequate level of data protection.
11. Current Status and Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is currently in effect (as of August 2025).
I reserve the right to change them as needed, particularly if additional services are introduced (e.g., newsletters).
